Your Right to Withdraw
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods, without needing to give any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us before the 14-day period expires by emailing shopcolibritribu@gmail.com with your order number and intention to withdraw.
Returning an Item

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Colibri Tribu is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days, and may include the original shipping cost if the item was defective or an error on our part.
Exceptions
Because each piece is handcrafted and, in some cases, made to order or customized, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty:

Personalized or custom-made pieces

Items marked as final sale

Earrings, for hygiene reasons, once removed from their original sealed packaging
Non-EU Customers
Customers outside the European Union may also request a return within 14 days of delivery, under the same conditions described above (item unused, in original condition, and customer responsible for return shipping costs), unless local consumer law grants additional rights, in which case the more favorable terms will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopcolibritribu@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
