We sell handmade artisan jewellery. All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT (if applicable).

3. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing.

4. Payment

We accept secure payments via:

Your payment information is processed securely and not stored on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most EU countries and internationally.

  • EU deliveries: 3–7 business days

  • International deliveries: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

To return an item:

  • Return it unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of your return request.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
